You have several options when applying for commercial real estate financing. Our packages include:
CMBS Loans
Get up to $50 million in funding through Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities. Investors purchase bonds for a pool of securitized properties, and you get generous funding with fixed terms and low interest rates.
HUD and FHA Loans
These fully-amortized loans offer up to $50 million in funds with low, fixed interest rates and no recourse. Several property types qualify, including:
- Senior housing
- Hospitals and healthcare facilities
- Multifamily rental units
Use the money to rehabilitate, acquire, or build one of these property types.
Equity and Mezzanine Financing
Use this funding for transactions worth anywhere from $5 million to over $100 million. This program is geared toward investors with strong cash flow and high net worth.
Bridge Loans
These working capital loans provide up to $100 million with interest-only amortization. Prosper Lending offers up to 80% loan-to-value (LTV) and variable interest rates capped at 14%.
Construction Financing
Borrow $10 million to over $100 million for construction projects, with permanent funding for experienced borrowers.
Conventional Programs
Get up to $100 million for owner-occupied properties and stabilized investment properties. Self-storage facilities, multifamily units, mobile home parks, and industrial properties may all qualify.
International Financing
Borrow anywhere from $50 million to $100 million for your overseas real estate investments.
SBA 7a and 504 Loans
These loans cover owner-occupied properties, flagged hotels, and non-flagged hotels. Take up to 25 years to repay and enjoy interest rates as low as 4.5%.
